I am a 41 year old petite female and even though the frame does not come with instructions it was very easy to put together by myself. I would recommend using an electric screw driver to make it almost effortless. The cedar smells delicious! I´m still trying to figure out how the roof goes, but I´m sure I can find something on youtube.
I ordered the 4ft cold frame and this 4x4 house at the same time. Put the cold frame together first and was expecting a great product. I was very disappointed. The 4x4 house didn't come with instructions, the wood is flimsier, and the pre-drilled holes are very difficult to line up with the delicate frame. After a couple of hours fidgeting with it, I've decided to use the individual parts for other things. I would not recommend this particular product.

Extremely high quality item! Very happy with my purchase. With that said, there were no assembly instructions and the model was slightly different than what was online, but I figured it out.
